Paul A. Lazerson, the founder and owner of Heartland Appraisal, has been a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser licensed in both Illinois and Missouri since 2002. He is the 2008 Secretary of the Southwestern Illinois Chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA) and has earned his certification as a Certified Appraisal Reviewer (CAR).
Lazerson is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Gateway Association of Realtors, the Egyptian Board of Realtors and the Mid America Realtor Information Systems. He has completed more than 1,800 residential appraisals in the region and first lived in Edwardsville in 1969.
The Lazerson family includes wife Deborah, who is a Child Wefare Advanced Specialist with the State of Illinois and daughter Emma who is a grade schooler and big webkins fan. The Lazersons are active in the community and are supporters of the Edwardsville Public Library/Friends of the Library.
